The rooms with great views, beautiful marble bathroom, for instance. The staff was brilliant, wanted to make our stay fairly nice. Lots of options, outstanding food. Ideal location at walking distance from an art museum. Cosy hotel with terrific customer service. Lobby was beautiful.

Every detail of this gorgeous property was great. There were comfy beds and pay television, a sitting area and a study table inside the room. The view was spectacular btw. Central location of the hotel.

Individual and luxury rooms, consistently courteous staff. Super breakfast, perfect service. All in all it's tidy place, they have super beds.

The accommodation was minimal, pool was lovely, beds were really big. Room was extremely pleasant, bathroom was luxury. Modern design, exceptional service in the entire hotel. Furthermore, the public parking was an unexpected surprise.

i would recomand this place, didn't want to leave. rooms were double superior, staff was hard-working, breakfast was absolutely superb. i loved modest restaurant. the shops and boutiques were right next door. took a walk around city centre, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

this hotel had everything we needed, we greatly enjoyed location and views. 10 mins walk to the center. for tea or coffee visit ferrara bakery & cafe nearby. this venue is equal to 5 stars.

We visited new york public library that was near to the hotel. City Hall subway station was short way from the property;)))
